RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
1. Overview
At Dealer Wall Clocks, we aim to ensure all products are delivered in excellent condition. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Change of Mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

You then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all components included.
Important Conditions:

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
We reserve the right to deduct from your refund if the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

Customised or made-to-order products

Items that have been installed, used, or altered

Clearance or sale items (where clearly stated as non-returnable)
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged:

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Photographic evidence must be provided

We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your legal rights
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in your claim being rejected.
5. Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a resolution.
6. Inspection & Refunds
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

Refunds will only be issued once the item has been received and approved

If the return does not meet our conditions, we may:

Refuse the return and send the item back to you

Issue a partial refund (to reflect reduced value)

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
7. Packaging Requirements
Items must be returned in secure, protective packaging.
We reserve the right to reject returns that are damaged due to poor packaging.
8. Proof of Purchase
All returns must include a valid order number or proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us by responding to your order confirmation email
Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
10. Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds where we suspect abuse of this policy.
