Returns Policy

At Dealer Wall Clocks, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is designed to comply with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations, ensuring fair protection for all customers.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item if it is faulty, damaged, or not as described. If a fault develops within this period, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it if you simply change your mind. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.

All orders are fully protected during transit. If your clock arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.
